My Story

“I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become.”
— Carl Jung

From early childhood, I experienced vivid dreams that no one seemed to understand or could help me understand — dreams that carried messages far beyond the ordinary. Raised in a challenging environment, I left home at 14 to escape abuse. At 17, I faced the trauma of losing a partner in a car accident and healing from physical injuries that took a year. The emotional and psychological trauma of that accident took much longer, decades longer. I’ve walked away from abusive relationships, overcome addiction, and carved a very long path through pain, grief, loss, depression, and suicidal thoughts.

At 28, I became extremely ill, and that’s when the dreams increased in frequency and intensity, sparking deep healing. It was a process of literally walking into, through, and out of my own internal hell, battling inner demons, and fully feeling all my unhealed trauma and fear. My experiences were Shamanic in nature, connecting me to a past that spanned centuries and beyond, revealing the interconnectedness of all beings and the concept that all time is now. I also had an extraordinary experience when an unborn child came to me in dreams and I promised him I would bring him into the world.

Through all of this, my dreams became a powerful guide. Embracing healing modalities and dream analysis helped me transform reactive behaviors into conscious responses. Over time, I moved from a place of anger and despair into a space of peace, contentment and empowerment.

Professionally, I hold a Bachelor of Social Work (minoring in Child Protective Practices and Indigenous Studies) and have extensive qualifications in counseling and community work. My professional training also includes a Certificate IV in Small Business Management, a Diploma in Counseling, and over 1,000 hours of field education in community services. I was also involved in Family Law for over 30 years, and I am a Reiki/Seichim Master. Alongside my dreamwork, I’ve published academic and informal writing, contributing insights into personal growth, healing, societal issues and the importance of dreams in our lives.

My work blends Active Dreaming and Dream Analysis, shaped by mentorship under renowned experts, including a 6-month scholarship with Robert Moss and three years of mentorship with Jane Teresa Anderson, a Dream Analyst with a Bachelor of Science (Hons). This foundation allows me to guide others through their own dreams, helping them unlock healing, understanding, and growth, just as I have.

Working with me means embarking on a process of self-discovery through the wisdom of your dreams. Whether you’re seeking personal growth, healing, or simply wish to understand the messages your dreams are offering, I’m here to guide you. My approach is deeply intuitive, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I’d love to support you in exploring your dreams and their transformative power.
